Ethel Arzela Derby was born 4 AUG 1882 in Jamison, Iowa, Clarke County. She died 17 MAR 1962 in Norfolk, Virginia Hospital. She was the daughter of Orastus Derby and Abigale Kleckner.

She was buried 1962 in Silver City Cemetery.
Mrs. Ethel Frazier, 79, widow of Charles Frazier died in a Norfolk hospital Friday at 5:25 a.m.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Roland Norman of Kanchanabui, Thailand, two sons, Kenneth Frazier of Waco, Texas and Virgil Frazier of Omaha, Nebraska and eight grandchildren.
Mrs. Frazier, a native of Silver City, Iowa lived in Norfolk 14 years at 1445 Kempaville Road.
The body will be taken from Holloman-Brown Funeral Home to Forest Lawn Cemetery for a funeral service today at 4 p.m. by the Rev. D. S. Moyers of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church.
