Elijah Weston and wife Julia had their home in Ithaca, Richland, Wisconsin. From this census Howard, Lucy, and Parlott were listed as their children. This has not been verified through any other souce.

According to 1880 Census E. L. Weston and Julia West lived at Farragut, Fremont County, Iowa, with daughters Lucy age 18, Mina age 7 months, and Pearl age 16.
